Refund policy

At RUSH Cosmetics, we’re committed to delivering premium-quality lipsticks and beauty 
essentials with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled. 

 

Order Cancellation 

1.1 Before Order Dispatch

● You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been 
dispatched, whichever is earlier. 
● To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at [email/contact 
number] with your Order ID. 
● A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business 
days. 


1.2 After Order Dispatch 

● Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 
● If you choose not to accept the delivery, the product will be returned to us, and a refund will be initiated after a quality check (QC), minus applicable shipping/handling charges. 


2. Return Policy 

Due to hygiene and safety standards, lipsticks and other cosmetic products cannot be 
returned or exchanged once opened or used. 

RUSH Cosmetics accepts returns only under the following exceptional conditions:

 2.1 Eligible Returns

You may request a return if: 
● The product arrived damaged or broken 
● You received the wrong shade or incorrect product 
● The product was expired, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery 

2.2 Conditions for Return 

● Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. 
● Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email/contact], along with: 
○ Your Order ID 
○ Photos or videos clearly showing the issue 

Upon approval, RUSH Cosmetics will arrange a reverse pickup.

3. Refund Policy 

3.1 Refund Timeline 

● Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes QC at our warehouse. 
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
● COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI, as applicable. 

3.2 Non-Refundable Items 

● Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or with discount codes may 
not be eligible for refunds unless damaged. 
● Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. 


4. Replacement Policy 

If your return request is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, you may opt for: 
● A replacement of the same product/shade (subject to availability), or 
● A full refund 

5. Important Notes 

● RUSH Cosmetics reserves the right to decline requests if products are found used, 
tampered with, or not returned in original condition. 
● All decisions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds are final and made at the 
discretion of RUSH Cosmetics. 
● This policy is governed by the applicable laws of India.
