Shipping policy

At RUSH Cosmetics, we strive to ensure that your favourite lipsticks and beauty essentials 
reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review our Shipping Policy to 
understand delivery timelines, charges, and processing guidelines. 

 

1. Order Processing Time 

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days 
    (Monday–Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, festive seasons), dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

 

2. Shipping Timeline

Once dispatched, deliveries typically take:

  • 2–5 business days for major metro cities
  • 4–7 business days for other cities and towns
  • 7–10 business days for remote or rural locations 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. 


3. Shipping Charges 

  • Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders above ₹899. 
  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold may incur a standard shipping fee of ₹99. 
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional COD fee of ₹100.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with your 
    tracking ID and courier details.
  • You can track your order through our website or directly via the courier’s tracking page. 
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team. 


5. Delivery Attempts 

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If the delivery is not completed due to unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-dispatch of the order may incur additional shipping charges. 


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address 

  • RUSH Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, 
    incomplete, or unserviceable addresses provided by the customer.
  • Please cross-check your address, pincode, and contact number before confirming the order. 


7. Packaging & Safety 

  • All orders are packed using tamper-proof, secure packaging to ensure products arrive safely.
  • If your package appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, please reject the delivery and inform our team immediately. 


8. International Shipping 

  • Currently, RUSH Cosmetics ships only within India.
  • International shipping will be introduced soon.
